Legalisation Department of Warsaw Corporate Services provides you with procedures that must to be taken in order to legalise documents for use overseas.
Warsaw Corporate Services is not competent to give advice on the documentation that you will need to submit in order to meet the requirements of the instructing party. Please seek the advice of the authority / institution which expels the command regarding the necessary documentation.

List of documents and institutions that authenticate the documents prior submission to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

• Legal documents (with the exception of impairment of the National Court Register) for the authenticity of the signature of the notary and his official seal authenticates the President of the competent district court or appellate.
• Diplomas university certified by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
• Diplomas art schools (Academies of Music, Academy of Fine Arts, School of Theatre and Film) performs the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
• Diplomas Military Academies certify Department of Science and Higher Military Ministry of Defense;
• Diplomas medical schools certify ​​the Ministry of Health;
• New high school diploma certified by the Ministry of National Education;
• Diplomas masterful craft certificate certifies the Polish Craft Association in Warsaw
